Several categories of membership are available, including playing and social members

Under the rules, the APLTC is limited to 360 senior members and a maximum of 100 junior members, aged 8-17.

We have a waiting list for both seniors and juniors but have been able to offer memberships annually when places are available.

Please note you can only apply directly through this site for the senior playing membership and the junior membership. For the other categories (see below), the initial query should be directed to APLTC President via apltconline@gmail.com.

Membership categories

Senior Playing Member

Voting and playing rights.
Full membership rights.

Junior Member

Aged 8 to 17.
No voting rights.

Pensioner Member

Voting and playing rights.
Full membership rights.

Social Member

No voting or playing rights. Usually members that cannot play, but want to be part of club activities.

Absentee Member

No voting and playing rights. Usually members who are overseas or unwell.​

Temporary Member

For temporary residents of Australia. Full fees apply. No voting rights. Maximum 2 years period.

Life Member

Elected by a majority vote at the AGM for special service to the club. Limit of seven.

Fees

  • Waiting list fee $50

    (Once-off, non-refundable fee to confirm place on waiting list) There is no application fee for juniors

  • Senior joining fee $250

    Once-off payment upon confirmation of membership. (No joining fee for junior, social or pensioner members)

  • Senior playing member annual subscription $150

    Must be received by 31 July annually

  • Junior playing member annual subscription $60

    (8 – 17 years) Must be received by 31 July annually

  • Social member annual subscription $60
  • Absentee member annual subscription $70
  • Temporary member $150

    Maximum of 2 years

  • Pensioner member annual subscription $50

NOTE:
Fee notices will be sent out on 1 July and are due for payment by 31 July. If no payment is made by then, members will be contacted and if payment is not made by 31 August, membership will cease.

Application for membership

A non-refundable fee of $50 applies to every adult application. If this is not received, your application will not be recorded. (There is no application fee for juniors.)

Please complete the application form (either hardcopy application or online) and make application payment either via eft to the bank details provided (quoting your name) or via cheque.

Upon receipt of your application and payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
